Storage (Across the Street):

• Fees will be $55.00 a month Starting September 16th, 2023 for all.

RV Daily Rates (All Sites):

• All daily RV sites will be $48.00 a day, electric included in this price.
• This will start January 1st, 2024.

RV Weekly Rates (All Sites):

• All weekly RV sites will be $260.00, electric included at this price.
• This will start January 1st, 2024.

RV Monthly sites (EXCEPT our Premium sites #14-27 & #102):

• All monthly RV sites, except those listed above, will be $545.00 a month.
• Electric not included.
• Electric will be paid monthly with the rate set by the power company.
• This will start January 1st, 2024.

RV Monthly Premium Sites (#14-27 & #102):

• All monthly Premium RV sites #14-27 & #102, will be $595.00 a month.
• Electric not included.
• Electric will be paid monthly with the rate set by the power company.
• This will start January 1st, 2024.

Winter Storage Rates for All Campers Stored on Site:

• The cost for storing your camper on the site over the winter from November 1st to May 1st will be $250.00 to be paid when leaving at the end of the season.
• Starting September 16th, 2023.

Tent Site Rates: 

• Tent sites with water and electric $27.00 a night.
• Primitive tent sites are $23.00 a night.
• Primitive tent sites with deck and grill $27 a night.
• Propane is available for purchase at the front desk.
